Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PipTrend (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to or accessing the PipTrend indicator or related services (the “Service”), you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our Service.

1. Eligibility

To use the PipTrend Service, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • PipTrend is a subscription-based product. Available plans include monthly, quarterly, and yearly options.

  • You will be charged immediately upon subscribing and on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

  • Subscription management, billing, and cancellation are handled via Whop, our secure third-party platform. You can cancel or change your plan anytime from your Whop dashboard.

3. Access & Delivery

  • Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the PipTrend indicator via TradingView.

  • Delivery includes access to the indicator, user guides, and lifetime updates while your subscription remains active.

  • You are required to provide your correct TradingView username to activate the indicator on your account.

4. License & Usage

  • You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use PipTrend for personal or internal business purposes only.

  • You may not share, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or replicate the PipTrend indicator or any associated materials.

  • Violation of this license may result in termination of your access without refund and potential legal action.

5. Refund Policy

  • Because PipTrend is a digital, subscription-based product, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

    However, after your trial period ends, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee     if:

    • you forgot to cancel your subscription during the trial period, or

    • you experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the product.

  • After 30 days have passed from the end of your trial, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no partial refunds will be issued.

6. Disclaimers

  • PipTrend is a tool for technical analysis and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

  • You acknowledge and agree that trading involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

  • We are not liable for any losses incurred while using the Service.

7. Availability & Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice.

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and intellectual property associated with PipTrend are the sole property of its owner and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PipTrend if we detect abuse, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms. No refund will be issued in such cases.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Budapest, Hungary.
